Information you send us

If you use our contact form, you give us your name, email address, a subject, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.

We use this information only to read your message and, where appropriate, reply to it. The contact form delivers your message to our inbox at info@nosregnum.com as an email. It is not stored in a database on this website. Messages are kept in our email account for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence.

We do not sell or rent your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Protecting the form from spam

To stop automated abuse, our server limits how many messages can be sent in a short time. To do that, when you submit the form it briefly keeps a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address and the time of your submission. The scrambled value cannot be turned back into your IP address. These records are deleted automatically within about a day. The form itself does not store your actual IP address.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, the servers of our hosting provider (Hostinger) keep standard technical logs of requests to the site, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are used to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not use them to identify, profile, or track visitors.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. It does not load fonts, scripts, or other content from third parties, so visiting a page does not tell another company that you were here. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service provider we need to run this website and our email, Hostinger, which hosts both, and only for that purpose, or when we are required to by law.

Links to other websites

Our pages may link to other websites, including those of our ventures. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the contact form sends messages over an authenticated, encrypted email connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.

You may ask us what information we hold from your messages, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@nosregnum.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
